^^ not just any, just some specific ones, like silverstars are aftermarket and they Aren't illegal, some of the nokya lights arent illegal

 

all hid lights on a non hid equiped vehicle are illegal. But way too many cars out there have them, so i dont think they would go around stopping you just for lights.

 

Yeah, they're all illegal. If you like the stock HID look, shoot for 4300k, or 6000K max, anything more and you're talking hardcore blue/ purple and really weak output. 4100-4300K is max output, which is why factory HID setups use them.

Haha, Awesome... Did that to my cell phone once and tried to turn it on right after. It got really hot...

 

^^ ha ha sorry for the thread jack but bakertime just remided me of when i dropped one of my cellphone in a public toilet after "using it"... i was like uhhh uhh flushed the toilet while my phone is in it, i didnt wanna touch it lol
