RE: 9-06-07 project civic PAGE 21 train horn installed
welll not to sure about the stock tip look.LOL but i have considered cutting that tip off, then rotating the muffler to clear more ground clearance and have a stainless steel welding guy either weld that tip back on or a aftermarket tip.... just depends how well this tip holds up i guess...
but for now.... the sound is what makes me realy happy!!!!!!! ive been driving with that CHUG CHUG turd for about what.... ruffly 2 months now OF ABSOLUTE INSANITY!!!!!!!
now remember my exaust DOES NOT HAVE THE CAT..... so with the cat it could change the sound.... but if anything it could be a lower tone or quieter.... my friends got the same motor as me and another cheap fart can with his stock pipes and cat tho his pipes are banged up like a ****. his piping droped one day and got draged for awhile.LOL.... but his is quiete and deep sounding. without the silencer...
i dont know why mine is/WAS so nasty sounding...

Well, I mean it doesn't really look like some giant fart can... it has a more subtle look to it. I want to get a twin-loop so bad, but the exhaust won't line up when I do my h22 swap, so there's no point in having a cat-back run until I get the swap.. I guess I'll have to make due with my fart cannon with the silencer in till summer/fall...
doesnt mean you cannt instal one onto your factory pipe
just use some adaptors... and when you DO get your exaust.... then just modify the pipes alittle to go right onto the muffler
lets face it its not gonna move anywhere else... you mount it were it fits to exit the tail and then modify the new exaust to fit... its nothing more than youll have to do now or later....

Ya, Pididle - it's a stupid car game lol if a car's head or taillight is out you hit the through and say pididle. The rattling I heard was for sure on the old muffler, and I think it was on the one without a muffler too... I'll have to check again.
Mist though? In WI it's 46, super foggy and misty.... spring in january. It's bizare. Thankfully we have Al Gore to tell us it's all global warming XD what a joke. When are you thinking of painting it?

well FINALY also picked up some 92-95civic seats.... they match pefectly and are in preaty good condition, afew small cig burns... STUPID SMOKERS!!!!!!
BUT for the most part look in great condition!
i just cleaned them up and after they dry up then im gonna wire brush up the floor mounts and paint them black cause they look alittle rusty, typical spots. and then ill bolt them in tomorow and buy 2 more bolts since the seats are missing 1 bolt on each since the brackets didnt line up the idiot didnt even TRY to make the 4th bolts fit..... and i guess he threw the bolts away

only downfall is i paid 100bucks for them BUT they are preaty decent and just hard to find in decent shape in my area....

Man the only thing I'm not to sure of is the air suspension....and not the part about doing it...cause thats cool as hell...(I'm still baggin that mazda pickup right now). But how are you planning to set it up? Those valves you have look like 1-way manual valves...therefore if you wanna control each cylinder individually...you need 8 of em. 2 per corner...1 for air in from the tanks..and 1 for dump...and if you try to run say the rear all together you'll have a problem with it rolling because the air will be free to go from bag to bag.
na thier not manual valves.... thier electric

and i still plan on buying 8more brand new ones.... and then use these 6 for extra playing... like to dog leg it...
heres a video of it dogleging
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNGI2EFWKDw
tho he has done WAY MORE than i will ever do like fiting those wheels.LOL
the air is still in the planing stages with some parts...... i could have bought a switchbox and new bushings to hook up the rear BUT i wanted these original seats first..
so ive decided to hold off for awhile... ive calculated everything that i need to complete the setup and so far ive come up with ruffly 700bucks more for parts to complete the air setup...
BUT
i think i can officialy say its preaty close to stock enough.....
so i think my first goal for the car is complete, only thing that needs to be done next is redo the tint.
so.... its time for some fun stuff like the air suspension... im just short on cash to complete it.... and im going to do it paycheck by paycheck and leave the tax check towards CC bills...
and ill start the body work this spring.... to cold to be sanding and painting!
