Default Re-doing stock exterior. Help

Ive decided to redo my stock exterior. It needs a repaint and as most of you know i have a big ole decal down the side that def needs to come off. The front and rear bumper have spider web cracks in the paint and there are a few dents i would like to take care of. The biggest problem is the doors are starting to rust on the bottom and that needs to be taken care of. So my question is do i need to get the whole flippin thing painted? Cuz that would hurt the bank account, which is limited. And how do i take care of that rust and those dings? I have done body work before with bondo and its turned out great so i could do that by myself. Basically any suggestions would be great.
