I was told when putting the tint strips on the rear window to slightly overlap the strips to prevent bubbles in the future, is this right?

 

what are tint strips..just let a professional do it...IMO

theres 3 lines in there that i couldnt get out, but can only be seen up close, good enough for now

 

side windows you can do BUT the rear window... i dhave it done profetionaly!!!!!!!!

any air bubbles/wrinkles look like crap!!!!!
have a pro do it.. that way if thiers any bubbles make em redue it. LMFAO

i had mine redone from the tint guy cause of a few bubbles i didnt like!

plus with the rear window if ya simply pull off your tint to redue it... you risk rippen off the defroster strips!!!!! then they dont work right anymore
ive already only got a few! i dont need to loose anymore.LOL

 

do you remember how much it cost for them to do your rear window?

 

i paid like 260 for my whole car... tho 80bucks of that was to remove the old tint off the back glass
my old tint was all wrinkled up from age.... looked like crap! and i couldnt see out the back glass for anything!!!!

just shop around... just makes sure they garente it and that they are a good shop...
