Removing side trim

Removing side trim
How do you remove the exterior side trim? The piece that's on the drivers side door is scratched pretty deep all the way down and I'd like to replace it.

Tryed finding other years, but this is all that came up.
I know how to remove 96-00, but it would help telling us what year civic you have.
