Rust holes

I have a 3in by 3 inch rust spot right next to my door on the back panel where the side skirt begins.Any suggestions to how to fix it myself or pay a little to have someone do it professionaly?

Thats the body of the car so its gonna be a big fix. You might be better off professionally
