I just bought some 1 piece seatcovers off of ebay and I don't think they look bad. They have all kinds of elastic straps I hooped to random places holding them down so they dont slide around at all. It's dark now but I'll post some pics tomorrow.

 

You're going to get what you pay for. If you buy $50 seat covers, they'll be $50 seat covers and they will soon feel and look very tacky. If you spend $250, you'll have some nicer quality stuff that you might not get sick of, I would just buy new seats or take it to an upholstry shop as someone else suggested...
