What are the pros and cons of shaved door handles? And how much does it cost?

 

It could cost anywhere from like $100 if u do it your self to like $300 or more if itsd professionally done. My cousin has a Hatchback and he had them shaved along with his fuel tank door... the taillight swings open and the fuel cap is in there.

 

ive already heard of people spending 300 per door........
pro's= looks nice and clean, gives u custom body work, a little harder for thieves to get in the car...

con's=if the guy does crappy work u will be able to see the handle, if the door popper looses power or u blow a fuse u have to break in the car, u should get rid of the locks because if u accidently lock your doors u are screwed.........

ive had my handles shaved for two years now and they still look great jus remember don't go with the cheaper place make sure the guy has done it before and don't be afraid of spending some extra money to get it done right......u will also have to buy a remote accuators i got mine threw godfathers they are 35lb no poppers you have to slam the door shut with them they are for heavy doors to help open them not honda........u might want to hide a hardwire switch some where hidden that button saved me once or twice
