so now, when you put your car in reverse, people behind you are aware of this how?

seriously... the lights are there for a reason... i kind of equate this to painting over your windshield... yeah you might think it looks cool... but it makes no sense...

dont mean to hate, but why not just get a cf trunk? props for the work but seems to me you could get a cf one for about the same as a paint job.

Looks good IMO, unique that's for sure... i'd be concerned about the backup lights too, i'm sure he can figure somethign out, just put some fog lights in the bumper or something.

ya ive never quite got smoothing the inner taillights..... the body lines dont look right to me...

but definatly get a larger pictures up.LOL check to make sure when uploading the pictures to photobucket that you have the picture size right.... at least message board size....
i think you have thumbnail size selected.LOL

but as anyone thats done body work can tell ya just beacuse ya weld a piece of metal over it doesnt mean its gonna look good..... the looks are in the bondo being smoothed over correctly....

youd be suprised what alittle heat from welding and also grinding can warp sheet metal!
you wont know till ya start applying bondo and block sanding it!

wish ya luck...

But i'm kinda with him, i think the money/time could have been put towrads somethin else, but if you like it, congrats, if thats your thing you did a good job at it. Shaving the license plate too though? Thats a bit much.
