SI front bumper? will it fit?

the core support is the same i believe. only difference i have noticed is ONE HOLE on the grill ontop that is missing. a simply drill and its fine 
or just leave it. i left mine.
the things you need to make your 96-98 civic into a 99-00 front end is
fenders, hood, headlights, bumper cover, also 2 small braces along the front sides that brace the fenders i believe. i havent replaced mine yet so it is off alittle. pretty minor tho. ya might be able to just modify your braces but im just looking for some braces to buy for mine cheap...
