Would a stock 1996-2000 spoiler look good on my DX or stupid?

oem spoilers are fine, not too ricey. so its more about personal preference. if you like the look of spoilers, go for it. i think only the 99-00 model spoilers look good and not the 96-98

Yes I agree. I thought they looked best on my model, but won't plan on purchasing one until my baby is ready for some fresh paint.

You can get color matched ones on ebay, ready to go, for like $100. Thats where I got my oem one.

It's not too hard to pick one up off cl either. I have a kid at my school who is selling me his Si's spoiler for $50. It is red so I'll have to get it painted, but it'll still be as cheap as buying a replica and mine will be the oem with "civic" on the bottom of the wing, legit lol. They look awesome though, I like clean, big wings. Not the cf or sheet metal ones, just big oem ones. Si wings on Civics = awesome. Type r teg wing = godly.

So Im looking for an Si spoiler the 99-00 model spoiler. Ill prob. have to paint it so grey or black is fine.

Now I have a third brake light in my rear windshield. Is there anyway to remove it or should I just remove the bulb because I don't want 4 break lights lol!

you can just pull off the bulb or since the spoiler has the LED brake light you can wire that to the one inside your car

Ok because I would much rather use the LED brake light on the spoiler than the one on the inside of the car.

Actually, you have to pull the power plug off your 3rd brake light to power the spoiler. It's one or the other. The oem spoiler harness plugs right into the other one.

do you think a type-r teg wing would look good on a 99-00 civic? is it direct fit?
