I want to fill in the hole behind the number plate and put thenumberplate back where it is for a smoother look on my 96 hatch back but in the UK you have to have a light above or below the number plate (dont no what it is in the USA) any one got any ideas where to put the lights or how much it would cost to get someone to put lights in maybe the top of the bumper?

Here in the U.S. by law you have to have a light on your rear plate, not the front.

well you can always get some like LED style bolt lights.......
they should have some 90degree angled lights.....
