thats right. i finally took care of my saggy shift boot problem





Step 1: pull shift boot down real far
Step 2: wrap electrical tape around base of shift **** many times depending on how much play is in boot
Step 3: pull shift boot up over tape and there you have it.

No more sliding boot for you!

also notice the new gauges and i also got rid of the nasty chrome double bladed windsheild wipers!

 

awesome. looks a whole lot better.

 

now all you need is a black boot.

 

naw i like the red boot

 

you need more red in the interior. the boot sticks out.

 

Nice work man. It's pretty cool when 3 cents worth of eletrical tape can solve months of frustration

 

yeah i hear what youre saying but im just not a big fan of painted interiors. i was looking for one of those black boots with the red stitching a while back but i couldnt find one i liked. maybe one of these days ill get the si leather interior
