Something to do with my front bumper..
Ok, well my bumper fell off lol and when I looked behind it that metal bar was only bolted on one side because what I think is my car radiator support lol idk its messed up...I have some pictures of it.
Also, zip ties...will they work for the time being until i get new clips for the bumper lol that's why the bumper fell off because it was missing the clips holding it on..but yeah

its definately been in a wreck and got hit on the passenger fender by the looks of it...

not necessarily cut it off; it should just have spot-welds holding it on (probably a lot of them, too). You can get a spot weld cutter for a drill and drill out the spot welds nice and cleanly, then spot-weld the new core support back in place.
Here's what i'm talking about with the spot weld cutter:
Drill a 1/8" pilot hole down through the center of the spot weld, the put the needle guide down through the hole and go to town; it cuts the spot weld out perfectly (also, try not to drill a hole through the underlying metal; you just want to take the weld itself off). Then, use a chisel to separate the pieces of metal and you're done

Unless the frame is FUBAR, it can be pulled out by a body shop that knows what they're doing (and has a frame puller) no problem. And the radiator support would take an afternoon for a novice to fix.
