And I love a car that looks good, but you have to look good and go fast at the same time.
True that, just engines are too much. I have the people and all who can help me install for free just need money grr!

You just have to slow down completely to go over speed bumps or go at an angle, when you drop that low you know you are going to rub in driveways and stuff, but you trade the impracticality for the looks and performance. You just deal with it.

This thread is so full of dumb its hard to read. If you really think $300 for shocks is too expensive I don't think you need to be lowering your car at all. Your going to end up with a ride that sucks for DD and then when you break something from scraping you'll have to spend more money. Just do it right the first time and get some coilovers. The adjustability is worth it for winter and summer driving.

Sorry im in college and can't afford $600-1,200 Coilovers and do not know a lot about suspension so thinking 300 is a lot how would I know?
And you think If I bought Skunk2 Springs and Struts it would be a bad ride? Lol give me a break.

I am only 22, so its not like I don't know what its like being a student and trying to fund other things. Just read some reviews on the Skunk2 setup. I read a lot about them being a terrible ride for a DD. Then once I started going to meets and actually rode in cars and talked to people who had them, I wouldn't recommend them. Suspension is something that you really are going to get what you pay for. Like I said before, my current Civic came with Nuespeed Springs and Tokico HPs on it and it wasnt too bad. But it doesn't even compare to something like GC and Koni, D2s, or Ksports. About $800 will set you up nicely.
