i have 15% all around, the cops havnt bothered me yet and ive had it doen for about 3 months, but i dont live in the states. id say go 15 in the back and 35 in the front if you want to avoid cops, 35 should be good in the front

 

go for tints. just keep it legal.

 

I think in NYC the legal tint limit is 35% which is just like having dirty windows.

I personally am going with 25% all around but i know that those are not leagal and am willing to take the chance. 35% is just to light for me and does not block enough sun for my liking. I dont really care if the POPO cant see me lol...

 

i called up a tint place here in ct they told me that the darkest legal limit is 40% that seems high to me? do you think ill have a problem on a black coupe with say 25% they say they'll do any percent i want at my own risk they say there darkest next to 40 is charcoal at 43% my sis's bf had 20's and got pulled over and a ticket forcing removal, i dont want that so ill see how the 43 looks? anyone got any pics of a car with 40-50%?

 

Whatever you do dont go 5%.. My dad did my windows 5%. Well i it sucked cause backing up is a bitch and unless you like having ur buddy get out the car adn guide you to back out of somewhere and rol your windows down dont go dark. Plus fines suck..... I now have 35 all around and 25 in the rear window..
