And yeah, I know, hubs are gay. :P I'm lowering it before I get rims. I plan on getting 16" black rims.

Thanks! I'm a bit hesitant to get front and rear lips, I'm going to be lowering it nearly 2", pretty easy to scrape that low. I love the look, but I don't want to scrape them up. We'll see I guess. I'm kind of a fan of 16"'s, you get the handling without sacrificing a lot of smoothness. 18"'s are smoothness suicide, 17"'s are a bit better, 16"'s are like perfection.

 

I have 17swith 205/40/17 tires and its smooth as hell. I think 17s look better...especially if you get black with a ploished lip wheels...they always tend to look a little smaller.

Eh, very true. My brother has had 16's, 17's and 18's. I liked the 16's best. I'm pretty much going for the tightest suspension I can get. I may go for 17's just for the slightly better handling.

While we're on the subject, whats a good brand for rims?
Can't say I've every really seriously looked into it - appearance is usually the last thing on my mind when I spend money on my car.I just want it to look nice. The paint draws more attention than I'd like it to....

I run 205/50/16 and it is super smooth for me.
