neons arent usually that dim. they stand out more.

if its a black car, dark out, no pusling, and the bars themselves arent showing, i think it looks good.

if u cant see any of the tubing and its done properly, it can look pretty good. but i dont think there really worth it or in "style" anymore.

Neon on the inside is sweet!!! Just try to put them on a switch box hidden on the inside somewhere so that you can turn them on and off anytime you want.
