Default wHAT IS THIS CALLED?

I'm a new Honda owner or I should say my daughter is. I would like to get her some of these "mud guards" or whatever they are called. I saaw on another post about the lip kits and they look good but all I really want is some protection from debris. Black is good something I would not have to paint. her car is a black 05 civic LX. I saw and EX that has what i want but couldn't find it on the Honda parts site.

"mud flaps"? Honda calls them "splash guards", if they're like what ShaTownCivic has in that sig.

Ya screw those by the way. They are like 4 inches off the ground and they always scrape something when i go down like a steap curb

She just bought the car. If it was supposed to have them someone did a good job of hiding where they were.

I'm pretty sure they were an option, so it's entirely possible the car never had them.

You could go to a honda dealership (they'll probably cost a pretty penny), or check places like ebay.

Just check out your dealership in the parts department and ask them for a pair.
Or check out hondapartsdeals.com
