I was thinking about changing my rims from chrome to either black or gold. I'm leaning more towards the gold and think that would be a nice and refreshing look for my car. Anyways i would love your inputs. My car is an 02 blue coupe.

I think the black would look good.
Match your tinted windows.
I think Gold will just stand out and look gross.

Yeah I have a blue civic aswell and in my opinion, neither of those would look as good as white. I am actually getting new rims and tires next spring, and debating whether or not to go with 16's or 17's. My suspension is stock and I'd like to keep it that way, so I can't have any rubbing or damage to the wheel wells. Anyhow here's a few links i found of some blue civics with white rims.

black. bronze might look good, and definitely no chrome. imo.

 

I personally like the black. Not a big bronze fan..

the black rims are nice...white is really good with a blue car too as a train said

 

white would looks nice
