I like the chrome look MR7 on your all black car. I was torn between hyper black or gun metal in the Motegi MR7.

What size rims/tires do you have there?

 

im runnen some 205-40R17
runnen some kumo ecsta. maybe ASX cannot be sure exactly they where the more high speed tires. i figure thier side walls would be stronger than the cheap ones and with such a small profile tire i figure i need all the strength i can get.LOL


but so far no rubben. im glad i got a great recomendation on tire size for my civic!

tho im not sure if they are larger than stock size or not but i think they are alittle bigger so my speedos alittle off BUT no worries. doesnt mater to be if its perfect... speeding is speeding.LMFAO


you can run larger tires in the rear...... my rims had on some 215-45zr17s... i was gonna keep em on thier till they wore out BUT one of them bubbled up in two spots on the sides so i had to replace em so i just went with all the same size... tho i must say with the larger tires the fender gap looked alot smaller.

 

I've got the same as you 17/205/40, but I do have a rubbing problem over bigger bumps, although I think my car is about an inch lower than yours. I have to get the rear fender lip ground down next week.

I alomost bought 215's, then I really would have been screwed I think.

 

ya thats one thing im not looken forward to doing
but instead of droping my civic i want it on air struts so i can drop it down or raise it back up.... just more play

 

I think the rim you choose was a much better pick then the 2 you had open opinions on GJ!
