you could maybe grind it out. from the pictures i cant tell if it is all the way through or not. but cutting it out and replacing it with fiberglass would be the best bet. and if you do it right your bumper should line up fine

Is the cutting and welding a body shop thing that'll run me a lot?

if you shop around it shouldnt. we did it to our accord that was way worse than yours and for cutting it out. putting fiberglass in and repainting it was $350. but the first time it didnt line up right so we took it back and they redid it for free. looks great now. its not home right now but ill try to get a picture later

oo that ain't too bad. Maybe I'll try fixing it at home first. If it doesn't work I can always go to the body shop, and I'll buy myself some time to save up the money since I'd wanna take car of both wheels at the same time.

thanks for all the input, this'lly really help me figure out what to do.
