I think the hood is a little much for a civic. I would get rid of those euro tails.

For lip kits, check out HMotorsports or StreetStyler. Both are fairly good places to order from. I wouldn't really worry about the heat from your header; yeah, they get hot, but the radiant heat from it shouldn't be enough to damage carbon fiber. Also, I'm not sure what brand hood it is (I might have missed it), but if it's one of the top brands, you shouldn't have to worry about pins. If it's a more generic brand, I'd look into Aerocatch pins. They secure the hood like standard pins, but are flush-mount and give the car a much cleaner look.

Also, while I respect your taste as your own, I'd strongly advise against the euro tails; they're overplayed and outdated (but that's just my opinion).

HCF told this to some other kid, a week later he was on the freeway and his hood flew back and smashed everything.

yes its a vis hood and the company states they strongly recommend hood pins for there hoods as for the heat i live in ct the winters are cold and with the consistent heating and cold wouldent that make the carbn fiber brittle ?? im getting the pins better safe then sorry

get hood pins, i think they look good. as for lip kit, i think a jun or mugen would look good. and like other members, get rid of the euro tails, its played out. got them when i first got my car 2 years ago, got rid of them couple months later and got some oem 99-00 tail and never looked back

eh, to me the evo hood look is old anyway, lol. I'm going back to stock. As for the hood pins, it's up to the owners decision. Some hoods require hood pins from the factory because of the bonding method they used to attach the hood latch assembly. Of course, I've had mine for about 5 years or so with no hood pins because of how strong and well wings west made it.
