Why Is It That..

..I see some civic coupes with the turn signal indicator on the front fenders and others don't? Is it a specific model of civic? Or just a replacement fender? What year and make?

Yeah its different models, and sometimes different countries too. You can buy some for your car, but you have to drill into your panels
