yes it does. very cheap and messed up. thanks for the advice that really helped. the paint is messed up really bad

if you google, "what is the legal limit for car tint in california" it shuld come up. & like the above mentioned, the price is going to be a lot more since you already have tint, I paid 130 for mine, to be taken off & retinted.
