Default Is this wiring not protected?

here's a pic of the wiring that came with my foglights (ebay). is the wiring sufficiently protected? it will sit in the fender and the engine bay. will moisture short it? that's my biggest concern?

The wire is in the loom right? It should be safe, the wire still has its own insulation on it, the loom is there just to cover the wire and protect it from anything sharp.
