No not at all...I'm new to this stuff. It doesnt seem like it's tinted but I will have pics by the night time. It's being worked on right now.

EDIT: i just notice on most windows on the bottom left there sound be an sticker there tht should tell u. it sound say the car manufacture for example on my car it say Honda Temperate somthing.. on my dad pick up truck it say Toyota Temperate something.....

best way is does the window look clear sort of like a sliding glass tht in ur houseif its clear than mostly likly its not tinted btu if the windows look a little darkish sort of likewearing sunglass tht its tinted.
