Hi, am new to civic forum. In fact, this is my first post. I love my 1999 civic EX, did so many DIYs since I got it couple of months ago.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM:
- I changed the front left door actuator recently (it wasn't functioning before).

- Doors lock/unlock properly now, except when this weird behavior happens ..

- Doors doesn't lock when dome light is on, I must wait 15~2en secs for it to turn off then Doors function normally.

- This case happens only when dome light is on because ignition was on then was turned off (In other words, when i drive somewhere and park. I cannot lock the car until dome light is off).

Please help me with this issue, I didn't find anything after googling for hours..
