i removed a terrible HID wiring job out of my 98 civic and after that the blinkers don't work anymore. i am trying to figure out why and i have one wire i found under the hood that is snipped so if i fix that i think is the right wire but i am not sure any ideas??

 

if the turn signals worked prior to you removing the HIDs what makes you think its the miscellaneous wire and not something you removed ???
