And rightfully so. One is asking for trouble really hard, going that fast on public roads, especially in the dark. Doesn't matter whether cops have good or bad cars, they are not the major concern at that kind of a speed. Deers, soccer moms, farmers - anything can trigger natural selection process... Let alone his tires that are likely not rated for that speed...

I havent seen any of those mustangs and i live between MI and IN.

 

Yea i've never seen any Stang cops, some V6 Imapala cops and of course the V8 guys, and we actaully have a cop van hahaha and a few Jeep Cherokees.

The other day i drove past a cop in a Cherokee that was parked on the other side of the road (i was goin towrads him) and i went past him doing like 64 in a 55, and then i went up to 70 in the passing lane, and a few miles down the road he pulled me over. He siad "it took him this long to catch up with you kid!". lol it made me laugh (inside of course), i wonder if i shoulda just out ran him. haha

 

Yeah, we've got a couple of the Chargers rolling around GR now a days. They're sneaky ****'s too, because they don't have light bars on top. The lights are only about 2 inches tall, and they're built into the area where the windsheild meets the roof. A buddy of mine saw one coming up in his rear view, and decided he was going to floor it, needless to say those lights kicked on and suprised the hell out of him.

And just to clear things up, my "floor it" comment, was completely sarcastic

 

yep thats were the popcorn guy came from. i have driven that road many times a lot of ppl haul *** down that road nice smoth rd with not much trafic late. i like how the cop bought his story of being late. lol
ya at that speed i would have just keep going to and then turnd off and parked its worked for me many times

 

my step dad used to be hudge into street racing, back in like the 80's and stuff....he said they used to get kicked out of parking lots because they would just cruise in to one, park, talk, then race...but since they got kicked out, they started to kinda do "highway runs" and then cops took their mustangs here, made them Hella quick and tried to race "known street racers" and all but the quickest got pulled over....he once told me of when he was with his buddy in his 9 second nova, and they aced a cop. (they didnt know it was a cop when they started the race though, he got a ticket in the mail....cop had his plate # lol)
