2001 Pontiac Grand Am SE engine noise

I hope that someone here can identify this sound. The engine is a 2.4L DOHC with 130K on the clock. It's a bad quality recording from a cell phone, so you have to crank the volume waaay up. You also have to listen to the whole thing so you can hear the shutdown and startup halfway through with some light revving later. (I didn't record it. I wouldn't have revved it like that.)
She said that the engine started making this noise while she was on the highway. Some theories include a rocker arm, bad lifter, or spun bearing somewhere.
Any and all input is welcome. I only hope it's fixable.

Okay, got no help last time. Thats cool. The sound download is still there surprisingly, but I've learned that there is a new symptom. SOMEONE has to have an idea... engines are generally the same after all. Again, I welcome any and all speculation and discussion.
The engine was making a bad clicking/tapping/knocking sound months ago. It has been parked for a long time, but my friend drove it to a nearby grocery store to put a for sale sign on it. (Hasn't sold.) The odd thing was that it DIDN'T make the noise as she drove it there. There was noise early on when she first started it, but the noise went away as it warmed up. If it had spun a bearing, would the noise have ever stopped? I would think not, which makes me think the noise is coming from the head. So, rocker arm assembly. I was told that a stuck lifter would make that sound. If it became unstuck, the noise would stop. I was also told that seafoaming an engine will unstick a stuck lifter. Any truth to that?
If I could fix the engine with a <$10 bottle of seafoam, that would be awesome.
Does it help that the owner is a hot 19 year old redhead college girl?

it is possible its a valve tap but they are USUALLY a lighter knocking noise then that but not always thats why i want to lean more towards a rod knocking
before my engine went completely in my integra the rod knocking was intermittent
