My friend is coming over tomorrow to teach me how to switch out my headlight bulbs. It'll be the first "wrench turning" I've ever done.

anyways, Forums are probably the biggest help because you can read about other peoples problems and installs and learn from those without ever asking a question. The next best thing is getting out and doing it yourself. Even if you dont know jack ****, after you do your first mod, it will help you understand how things work and how much fun it is. Also books are a really big help because you can learn just about anything you want about your car. Barnes and Noble has tons of Honda Tunning books, which I think have been a big help. Another thing that will save you time and being called a noob, is to read all the stickies no matter what forum you are on, even if its not about hondas, because all the basic answers are answered there that are asked daily, if you still have questions then ask after you have read over the sticky and researched about it.

Really though. I have been turning wrenches sense I was around 6/7 with my dad so 20 to 22 years for me. As far as learning/knowing Honda's if you know how to work on one car you can figure all of them out.

I learned everything I know by installing spoilers, body kits, underglow, 12" tachometers on automatic cars, and more importantly installing rimz and cutting springz.
