It's been awhile!! Last time i was on here i was complaining about remmy! [8D] But anyway. You guys might remember me from my 93mph in a 45c.s. ticket.... *dropped, court fee (64$) & def. driving (75$) 3 months probation* and my one car accident which i was ticketed for reckless driving & traffic control device(im not gonna get in a big arguement about the reckless charge, i wasn't driving reckless. i was going the limit and hit a enormous pothole) which resulted in the charges dropped, 2 court fees(one for each charge) *130$*, def. driving (didnt have to pay i went with my other one), and 12 months probation.<---[sm=badidea.gif] well. i still have my license. (Which i bet 90% are thinking that is BS and that i should never be able to drive again but...) i dont have a car. bye bye 97 ex civic coupe. *totaled* and i have a 4000$ insurance yearly rate *they added me to my stepdads honda, and i cant leave the insurance co. and go back.* on an income of ~8000$ a year. that puts me about broke.... i doubt many of you care but i thought i would say, im on my way to another vehicle. i am hopefully going to be able to make a deal with my stepbrother for his wifes 94 civic ex coupe (its that barney color ya know?) bcuz they do believe they are gonna get her a new vehicle. Well i was just wondering if you guys had any feedback.... CONSTRUCTIVE critizism.... advice? im not all defensive anymore... i've quite all of my bad habits.... if you are wondering what those were, just reply, i dont care i will tell you. lol. (nosey bastards![:-]) but i hope this goes well. just let me know what you think about all of this. OH YEAH! for you who dont know. i am 16. i have had my license for FOUR months.... i have no clue how i got off so well... they marked "Good Behavior" (two different incidents, two different courts, two different judges) but yeah. so.

oh yeah, i just looked at another thread and saw 4800$ to fix. if u r interested. damage on mine was $12000, not including the telephone poll or tree [>:] and if u wanna see pictures, just post up and i will paste em.

Is the probation driving probation or if you mess up your are going to jail.

:-\ i know i shouldnt have been driving down a construction road when i got in my accident. but let me explain. YES THE WHOLE THING COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF I JUST DIDNT GO ON THE ROAD! lol. i was going about 35-40, the speed limit is 40 when i lost control, went air born, landed in a 3ft ditch, hit a telephone poll and a tree. how did i lost control? well there are two manholes about 1/2 a foot out of the ground that usually have orange barrels on them when one of the barrels were missing, and i didnt notice it untill after i hit it and then BOOOOOOM it was over. the people who saw it thought i was dead! UH OH! lol. got a burn from the airbag on my hand and a scrape on my knee and went on my way. went to the hospital just in case and was prescribed some pain meds for my neck. (it was sore) but yeah ive learned alot i guess..... i dont need to abuse my privilages. lol. well yeah that is what happened.
