How much are you looking to spend?
Years?
What do you want it for?

66-67 Chevy II, A older Dodge Dart if you can find a good example in 2 door, 77-79 Malibu, and my favorites 82-87 Olds Cutluss/Buick Regal

My opinion, just because I am wanting one a old Chevy II with a big block chevy

Marty gave some really good choices.

If you want to give mustangs another chancce, go with an 80's early 90s (foxbody) Notch preferably. Very easy to work on, and light.

Buick Grand National, Chevelle, Nova, Dart.

or if you are looking at Newer cars, all the ls1 cars are easy to make fast.

tempest, gto, cutlas, cuda Im pretty sure they have all been named. theres a guy that lives near me who has three almost complete cudas by the looks of them in his yard then hes restoring one from them in his garage. Looks like a nice project to me if you can get multiples of the car.

If you want somethign really unique, get a '30s Ford coupe/roadster/truck. I think they look really great. Also, nobody has them. I can probably count on my one hand how many I've seen on the roads this year. It will probably be a lot of work to restore a 30s Ford. Its something really unique which is what I like about them.
