anyone here have a maxtor 4plus external hard drive? i had to reformat my computer today to get afew programs working properly again and i forgot to turn off the password protect on my harddrive and now it wont freaken install the program! i tried maxtor online but there site is screwy right now and not letting me email them about the issue.

i have the cd and it doesnt help any! which youd think it would come on the cd! but they have it posted on there site saying the program is on the harddrive.
hoping someone has the program on there harddrive and can send it to me if posible....

this sucks! i saved all my info and files on the hard drive before i reformated my computer and now it wont freaken show up!
