Default Anyone ever used dotline for shipping?

I bought an engine online and the compnay shipped it via dotline. I need to know if they unload for you or if I need to unload it myself. I know some companies don't allow the truck crews to unload items so they don't get injured. The last thing i had freighted to me was my carbon fiber hood, which was about 30 pounds with all the packaging so i carried it by myeslf. I have no way to unload at my house and I'm in no shape to even help anyone unload a 300 pound engine crate, so I need to arrange for some help if they wont unload it for me. I've already sent them an email but large companies usually have slow responses. Thanks
