There is nothing simple about communicating with guys. For one they don't like to communicate....lol I like honesty even if it's brutal.... but guy like to like... seems like they think it is easier.... better to find out the truth in the beginning than to find out on my own later on...My question about guys... you might be here all day... I just can't figure you all out!!! So how is it that you communicate? If i'm direct you all freak out... if i'm not direct you all miss it completely. And why is it when you all start getting serious and then realize it you all freak the **** out? Us girls don't have to do anything you just freak out for no reason at all....
I tend to think that most (younger) guys fall in the grass is greener type. They will hang on to someone until they feel that they can find something better. What is better? there are to many possibilities to answer that. Basically looks, personality, and sexual availablity. Probably not in that order either.
Older guys realize that looks fade, but they still want a hottie. They will deal with much more attitude and personality to get this up to a point, then all bets off and they run to the next available "someone".
I tend to think that most guys taken out of society tend to want company at night, and tend to want to please their "someone" any way they can, but the beer, sports, boasting, and general my dad can beat up your dad comes into play. I think they call that insecurity.
Back to the point.....what are you looking to accomplish here Fran? Then maybe we (men) can offer some insite. Try to be specific and just pick one topic or situation to start with.

Well at first when posting this I had a specific question.... but out of the respect of the guy I decided not to post it... cuz he's a car chatter and I didn't want to read about our stuff online. It was someone I was dating.... and who know may still be dating....time will only tell. I have dated younger and older and have found that it just depends on the guy but a good majority are always looking for something better to come along. So at this time unless you can tell me all of the guy secrets don't really have anything specific.... this kinda just took off.... but since I don't ever think i will figure out men I'm sure I will have questions in the future. Thanks for you help though.

Uhm....what type of situation is this? Are you hunting a guy you like? or looking for a movie date or what?

not really an answer for your question, but this is my outlook......
the problem with people/relationships, or whatever is that no one is ever in the wrong. people never look at themselves as being the root of the problem, other words the problem never lies within oneself, it’s always somebody’s else’s fault. it's always, well it's not my fault it his/her fault (always quick to point a finger we are). I’m neither specifically talking about women or men, it's both sexes that are guilty! drives me nuts, guess that's why I haven't had a girlfriend in 4yrs!

Just my 2 cents: A guy will forgive if he is really interested in a future with you. I have heard of people complaining about girls showing up unannounced......me personally, sounds like they have something to hide......the only reason he would be upset that you "dropped by" is if he tends to do things that you might not approve of or maybe just wants to make sure he can if he wants to.

Thanks for the 2 cents I think I have come to the same conclusion myself. So one more day of the unknow and actions speak louder than words so i'm gonna see by his actions today as to what i'm gonna do. If someone cares about me and if it is meant to be then he will get over it and move on if not i'm not gonna wait around to be forgiven anymore... cuz there is someone out there that will.
