well thiswas at 4:30 in the day, i would neverblast musicaround late at night, same goes for early in the morning, that is disrespectful.....

 

our neighbors do that crap all of time. they come in at all times of the night and blast the music. we've called the cops but they always say that they can't do anything about it. but they can call my house at least 3 times a week looking for a person that has never lived there.
