lol well he didnt give me a radar paper because he didnt have a radar.....and the charge on my insurance are going on there regardless of whether or not i fight it, unless i hire a lawyer of some sort

Cops in PA don't have radar guns. Well, State cops do, but other than that, they have to calculate how fast cars drive between two little lines that are PAINTED on the road. I've only gotten one ticket and that was 90 in a 65 on the turnpike. He let me off with just "failure to obey posted speedlimit" instead of 25 over because I was nice to him and had a reason. It was only 100 dollar ticket.

Dude good luck with the ticket fight, I hope it works out for you. I tried to fight a ticket before but lost. Dont worry I tried to fight a ticket (seatbelt ticket) I couldnt win but make sure you are very presentable. The judge wont favor you if you dont look clean and responsible.

You HAVE to fight it. If there were no plackards iddicating a measured distance or no cascard lineson the ground you have a damn good chance of winning it and not paying a damn thing. Now on the other hand if there were those things present get a cute female lawyer...worked perfect for me...but I was looking at a licence suspension...young and stupid times, ya know...

well yet another new development.........this may explain why the guy was so mean to me for no reason and lied....i guess earlier on the same day, on the same exact road, the same cop dealt with an accident regarding a small SUV hitting a kid on a scooter, the kid is in critical condition.....however, he clocked the lady goin 25 on that street so it wasnt her fault, i guess the little bastard jus jumped out in front of the car or somethin................so i can see why the guy was such an a$$, but this makes me further question the whole clocking thing. One of my friends who is a park ranger was talking to me and his dad talked to this cop...lol it all kinda happened ironically bcause i usually dont talk to this kid often and he asked me about the scooter kid witohut knowing about my ticket........anyways he said the cop clocked her goin 25 mph, but he was never following her,becuase he didnt just randomly follow every car that went down the road,which ishow i thought he "clocked" me...so basically he did the stop watch thing aand it was even more of a guess on his part than i anticipated in the first place........im still wicked pissed off about this whole thing
