As some of you may know in 18 days I am moving from South Carolina to Ill.So last weekend we took a quick trip up there to see a house we were going to rent.It was the worst house and the landlords were straight asses.Every room had different carpet the walls were pealing little propane heaters it was a mess for young kids toget hurt in.The thing that made us mad is they were treating us like we were white trash when they owned that trashey house and leave it that way.We got so pissed and slamed the door and no more house viewing.Thye good thing about the trip is we found a commerical property with 4 apartments 3 commerical fronts and 2 warehouses for a good price its like a small strip mall with the apartments on top of the store fronts and the warehouse around back.The builing right now brings in 1800 a month with 80% occupicany this is a farming town so its pretty good.My Parents expect me to be building maintance and oversee it and also start a import shop or somekind of autoshop.Sorry for the long post but I am going crazy trying to get stuff ready for moving.Anybody got any ideas or thoughts?Will post pics soon when i put them in my computer.

 

heres some advice, make a list, have it checked for accuracy...then, check it like 30 times...and take some deep breaths every now and then.
