Default Computer help!! Recognizes a CD drive F I don't have!

Hey guys my computer was taken outta my room the other day and when I hooked it back up it was recognizing 3 cd drives. I only have 2 of them, drives D and E. My external hardrive was drive F, but is now recognized ad drive G. That creats a problem because I had my itunes and a few other programs on it and all my music is on it to. I don't want to have to reinstall itunes and put all my music in it and make my playlists again. Anyone know how to get it recognized as drive F again?

right click my computer, go to mange, go to disk manger, change whatever is currently drive f to some other drive letter (x for example), then switch external drive letter back to f

Enjoy
