There was something I COULD have done, but it would have caused way more problems than the little bump involved in the accident

Me and my Dad in his truck were waiting in line at the drive thru of Burger King and some guy ran into the back of us.Nothing we really could of done to prevent it.

If I would of looked again before I pulled out I would have avoided my accident. Still I blame the rain and raod business signs a little bit. Still was more than 90% my fault though.

hard to prevent some idiot backing into the hood of your parked car isn't it?

accident before that, i avoided a major accident, but got into a minor one...

narrowly escaped an out of control tractor trailer, to hit a guard rail doing 20 or so

well, UPS says that EVERY accident could be avoided, so, if you said no...the largest packadge shipping company in the U.S. says your WRONG...personally, i am indeferent. some can be avoided, and some cant.

I'm not sure about every accident, but I'm pretty sure the vast majority of them could. And within a reasonable effort.
