I thought this thread was for people with down right ridiculously ugly and/or f-ed up cars. Figured since it was posted in here that he was saying the sol was a POS.

 

Well why don't we ask the resident mustang owner on the forum?

I believe it was the wing on the Race-prepped '95 Saleen Mustangs. That means the original piece was actually functional (Saleen does wind-tunnel tests on their products). However, it's ugly as sin and I'd be willing to bet around 97% of the ones on cars currently are reproduction with no aero testing, and therefore no aero benefits.

As far as the mustang goes, it wouldn't be hard to clean it up... pull the race wing off, get wheels that look good (as opposed to those... umm... spikey things), pull the (xenon, I believe) lip kit off, throw a mach 1 chin spoiler on, put the oem headlights back on, and supercharge it (cowl hoods are pointless unless you need one).

And cvc, I originally intended the thread for riced out cars, but it's a craigslist cars thread, so any CL cars posts go I guess lol

^^ That color is pretty nice. It looks like the color on the Honda Element..Kiwi Metallic. There is a clean hatch around here painted that color and its amazing.

 

I dunno... It wouldn't be too bad, but those rear lights just kill it for me, and I personally think that color is fuglyy.
