ya you can get a new radiator core support. which is the whole front brace. or you could just beat it out with a sledge hammer like I did : ). no joke I wercked my car about a week after I got my lisence (yes the same one that I drive now), and only had liability so I fixed everything myself. took about a month to get everything just right, but I think it was worth the money saved. I still had to get a new hood, new headlights, and a new grill though. which is why I have a cf hood, type r grill and black headlights . hehe kinda lucked out cuz after the wreck I had a better one than before.

Well that sucks! What do you mean by upper frame? If you are talking about the upper radiator support, than it's totally fixable. I haven't heard of anybody straightening it out, but you can definitely replace it.
