Evidently Ebay is going to make this a lot more difficult than necessary. Here is their reply to my email. They want me to go through this poorly designed process of registering my property with their VERO system. I sent them another email... Anybody know a phone number to call Ebay instead, this email route is terrible... Any suggestions?

Here is their reply...

Dear jake11375,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with this information. I
understand how this situation could be of some concern.

I have reviewed the information that you provided regarding the use of
images or text in item number 300049672440, but at this point find that
I do not have enough evidence to show that the member has violated any
eBay rules.

Regrettably, we will only able to take action if the owner of the
images
uses the VeRO system which we have set up on eBay at the following
link.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/programs-vero-ov.html

We do understand the potential for further issues in this type of
situation. Once the ownership of this information has been verified, we
will be able to take the appropriate action.

We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your concerns.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Elijah
