Well I was head home from work this morning at 2 in the morning.......and minding my own business might I add and some damn idiot rear ends me. Come to find out the bastard was WASTED!!! I pulled over to the side of the road and get out of my car and the guy slowly creeps pass me as if he didn't just run into me and acted like he was wasn't gonna stop. So I stood posted up on my now wrecked car and he finally stopped. He backs up behind me on the side of the road and gets out. His eyes were so GLADES OVER it was ridiculous!!!! So we made sure we were both okay (physically) then the drama began. I'm like man my car is messed up homie do you have insurance?? He's like yeah but just the basic stuff (in a slurred manner cause this F**KER was drunk). I'm like well I gotta get your info dude and he's like why man its cool man. Then he proceeds to attempt to fix my smashed up bumper with his drunken hands (mind you now that he's still very intoxicated and what the hell made him think he could fix my car with his bare hands when he couldn't control his damn car from smashing into me??.....God only knows!!) So I'm like naw dude my car is F-up homie somebody's gotta fix this and he's like dude it's alright man its cool. So as we're standing here trying to sort this out a security guard that happened to be on duty somewhere near in the area walks up to see what was going on and as soon as he looked at this drunk f**k and he looked at both of our cars he knew what had occurred. So he asked if we had called the police and I said no not yet. Then this drunk bastard like no man we haven't called them yet, like yelling and getting very hostile. So the security guard was like you want me to call the cops and I'm like yeah go ahead cause this guy won't cooperate and give me his info. So then this guy just starts getting out of control, lying to the security guard telling him I backed up into him (mind you now its 2 in the damn morning and I'm trying to get home and I just for some strange reason backed up in the middle of the damn night into some DRUNK dude?? Come on!!) So I knew the security guard wasn't buying any of this guy's bullcrap so he called the police. Then this is the CRAZY part........this guy then proceeds to get very HOSTILE with me getting all up in my face trying to start a damn fight!! Somehow (reasons which I have yet to figure out) I kept my cool. Because trust me, I would have loved nothing more than to BEAT this drunk F**K to the floor in the middle of the night for f-ing up my damn ride!!! He got all up in my face but I kept cool and I put my hands on his shoulders and said dude just calm down!!! So I was like what are we going to do man? He was like man I'M LEAVING!! I was like you're leaving?? Dude you just wrecked my car and you're DRUNK, you can't just leave. He then got back in his car and slowly drove away. So now not only did he wreck my car DRUNK, he FLED the damn scene!!! So now I'm standing there with a f**kin smashed up back end looking like a jack ***!! So I called the cops and told them what happened and I spoke with the security guard and he wrote down all the info of the scene on this guy (his tag number, his make and model and color) so I was very grateful for this guy's help. So come to find out this damn fool was CAUGHT and STOPPED by the police less than a block away!! I was very happy but still very upset that my car was wrecked. So long story short, he got ARRESTED and his piece of SH*T car was impounded!!! (BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The bad part is my rear bumper and my Evo2 are RUINED!!!!!!! I feel like crap right now. Now I gotta wait on this freakin insurance claim to come through. I'M SO PISSED right now!!!!

Sorry about your luck man but you did the right thing not fighting the guy. That would of cause more problems than its worth.

 

Woulda beat his ***, luckily that security guard was there unless the guard was cool and woulda been like " i didnt see anything"

 

i was so pissed off when a guy was on his cell phone and he rear ended me. But it turned out fine because i got him to give me 400 dollars on the spot, and i just went to the junkyard and bought another bumper for 100 dollars, making me 300 for my troubles. Hope everything turns out good for you.
