Dillema!!!
Alright, I've got a choice to make. I only want to spend a set amount of money...Say ~$7-800 range, and don't want to buy everything at once. So what should I get? And post reasons if you like. Thanks!
BTW, first time I asked something like this, so I figured I'd do a poll!
For reference purposes...Here's the car. I know it's dirty; didn't have time to wash it before I left.

If you do the intake you gotta do the exhaust, if you put more in you have to take more out. Most kids put a killer stereo in a POS car with 4 different size wheels and tail pipe dragging the ground, sputtering and spewing smoke. I guess it's where your priorities are. Personally I like a car that looks stock and goes like stink, I don't even need a radio, got one but the exhaust makes better music.
I voted stereo because it is the most that you will interact with in the car.
Funny story to tell at a party:
My friend an old 240sx, got a $1000 tax return. So he upgrade his exhaust/intake and was happy for about a week. He called me up about a month after he put his exhaust in and was asking whats the cheapest system he could get. I was like I thought your stock radio was fine? He said he could not stand driving around(papa johns delivery guy) listening to a weedwhacker anymore.
So unless you really like the sound a the I4 exhaust tone, I'd upgrade the stereo, or put a little dampening material in the rear.

Make your car go before you deck it out in crap.
Suspension
Driveterrain
Engine work(forced induction or N'A)
Interior
Then parts that make it look different
In that order.

Well a nice set of springs and shocks first off. I recomend a cheaper TEIN setup for people that just want more grip in the twisties. Then go to a nice front strut tower bar, rear tie bar, rear strut bar, and maybe try and relocate your battery to the trunk to give slightly better balance to the car.
Drive terrain I mean a nice clutch and maybe a new set of axels along with stiffer motor mounts, and maybe a lighter weight flywheel. Also brakes, I see this go un touched by so many but when you make a car faster be it in turns or the straight line you need better brakes. It is also cheaper than many think. Buy a set of Brembo blank rotors and a nice set of ceramic pads then there is a black rubber hose going from your caliper to your brake lines, replace those with a metal brake line of sorts. this will give a very good strong feel to the pedal along with getting rid of brake fade and overheating.
Then comes the engine. Pick your route wisely as you dont want to buy a bunch of stuff for one route then decide to go another way with it leaving you with a bunch of parts you dont need and are going to loose money on when you re-sale.
Interior- I'm not much on alot of flashy crap or hard out of place racing seats but if you pick the correct ones they will shave a good amount of weight from the car and not be too bad on the back/butt. Other than that get what you need with some that you like as far as the rest of the interior but remember more times than not less is more meaning in alot of people's eyes a clean looking stock interior or close to stock looks really good.
