i wounder if there that bad in florida...i know street racing is a pretty big thing but to low of a car...come on since when does that hurt people...cali seems to be pretty strict with auto laws am i right? i mean we dont even have emmisions here anymore...you gus have to deal with smog and all that...

 

there strict rules but most of the tim cops dont enforce them. some of that **** was dumb tho

 

Most of that crap is geared toward the import scene. Lights, suspension, sound systems, exhaust....[:@]

 

the whole up to officer discretion is kinda crappy
there are plenty of aholes out there that can do what they want cause its left up to them

yea man i was having hella time with this stuff
