Not to mention the facts that it's the most expensive, the most powerful and the fastest car in the world
Well, street legal that is

I'd like a DeLorean. Just cut underneath semis to pass all day!

SSC Ultimate Aero

Forbes has chosen it as the fastest production car in america @ Est. 276mph: http://www.forbes.com/lifestyle/2005...28feat_ls.html

And it has the handling to back it up: http://shelbysupercars.com/multimedi...o/mov02938.mpg

This car has taken the covetted title from the Veyron as the most powerful production car in the world, pretty sure it has it on speed also. The Bugatti is definatly sexier though.

^^^ ive seen better handling. not in person...but in videos

someone said this a while ago. theres a corner in their town where its not legal to take it at over 25 or something. its like a V turn its so sharp and its at an angle. a saleen S7 could take it at 70 without even looking twice.

but america is really producing some amazing supercars nowadays. the saleen and the ultamate aero would eat any lambo alive (save the gallardo...or maybe the murcialargo...i dont no my lambos that well...one or the other...and it would hold even with that one) and hang even with an enzo easily. and they both decimate on the skidpad.

If it was a money-is -no-object kind of deal
I'd have to say Porsche RUF. This tuner company
in germany puts out cars that are autobahn tested
and guaranteed to do 220 mph, don't know the
acceleration time but it comes up pretty quick.
handling is rock solid too. Of course the brakes are the best
in the business. Only car that actually stops me in my tracks.

Me neither skytanker, I'm pretty practical as well. BMW M3 CSL would do it for me.
