So i'm driving to Orlando and i'm driving behind this guy and all of a sudden I find myself having to slam on the brakes just to keep from rear-ending him. I keep driving, and I soon realize that whenever he hits his brakes there aren't any lights coming on. It was so annoying driving behind him and I couldn't pass him due to traffic.

anyone else have any annoying stories like this where they are stuck behind someone whose lack of maintenance on their car makes them a hazard to everyone else?

 

ya i was driving behind this del sol on my way to orlando and he couldnt pay attn to the guy in front of him so he kept slamming on his brakes really late =]

 

I think what's worse is when fn stupid dumbass drivers keep their foot on the brakes the entire time. Seriously, wtf kind of driver is that? Who drives with two feet?

 

yea that's pretty bad too


but i'd take that any day over having to drive behind someone with non-functional brake lights

while driving, you just don't have that much attention to spare that you can sit there and make sure the guy in front of you isn't slowing down rapidly the whole time you're driving... that's why the brake lights are there

 

I hate when you are coming up to a light and it just goes yellow, and you are sitting there, fretting about whether or not you can make it, then finally you decide "yeah I can make it!" and the guy in front of you doesn't?

"Hey, I wanted to make that yellow, now I am in your back seat"

It's quite awkward.

 

It's worse when you decide you can make that left turn and then someone from oncoming traffic decides to go right on red.

 

i hate people who brake for no reason, you will just be driving down the highway and there are no cars infront of the other person, yet they still brake....Also i hate when retards dont kno the right away at stop signs, either some jerk takes your turn or everyone just sits there at the stop sign cause the one idiot didnt go when it was there turn.

 

Oh another one I encountered last night; people who brake as they approach and go through a bloody green light. Its green, There is no reason to be breaking.

But as for the random braking, that's because people get scared about how fast their car is going and don't realize just lifting off the accelerator will cause the car to slow down, and its much better for your fuel economy as you are not wasting away momentum via heat and noise.

 

reverse role's, both sides have green light, lane's turning left must yield, yet they always try to beat the oncoming car that's going straight or turning right. This is a reason I don't put my blinker on when I turn right on green light because the idiots across from me think they can either cut me off, beat me and/or other cars and just screw everything up.

 

Idiotic question. I drive with two feet....I want to see you start moving with just one foot. unless you're an automatic tranny driving loser
